The new complex on the edge of Porirua Harbour will incorporate a casino, high end retail, restaurants and bars that will create employment and bring wealth into Porirua City.

 

The complex will utilise the existing railway network to draw people from all over the region, including Wellington and the Kapiti coast, and will target the lucrative cruise ship market. Featuring a building of architectural significance with facades incorporating cultural and historical ele-ments and extensive landscaping, this development will extend the focus of the city from the new Cobham Court development, via Pataka Gallery, to the coastal walkway.
